Stanislaw Zoladz is a figurative watercolour swedish artist, famous for his skills in depicting water and light. He was born in Poland in 1952. After finished studying at Fine Art Academy in Krakow in 1978, he moved to Sweden. He has been recognised in the wide world and being invited to many international exhibitions, getting prestigious prizes and being one of 7 founders of IMWA. In Sweden he has had honour to made watercolours included in Nobel Prizes Diplomas. All his paintings have one thing in common – it is his impression of light. Nature is a predominant theme in his works of art. His paintings are not provoking, not inventive, they are devoid of a message. But they do invite the spectator to contemplate.
