Minh Dam

Minh Dam is a Polish artist with Vietnamese origin.
Minh Dam was born in Hanoi, Vietnam and he emigrated with his parents to Poland at the age of 7. He graduated with a master's degree in architecture and urban planning from the Warsaw University of Technology.

Minh Dam began his journey with watercolour in 2004 and in 2007 he started his career in teaching with watercolour as his main focus. He is a co-founder of the Polish Watercolourist Association and is also one of the most influential watercolour artists in Poland. He has held many workshops and had exhibitions in many countries around the World, from Europe to Asia and America, including: Italy, France, Spain, Albania, Ukraine, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Mexico, China, Korea, Thailand, Hong Kong, etc. Besides a number of prestigious awards at international exhibitions and several solo exhibitions in Poland, in 2022 he had an exceptional solo exhibition at the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum in Hanoi, organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Hanoi.

Currently, Minh Dam has returned to his hometown and assumed the role of lecturer at the Hanoi Architectural University, sharing his knowledge and experience with future generations.
