Prize's Jury Panel
The Jury of the 7th edition of the Biennial International Prize "Fabriano Watercolour 2022", established on 2010 by the City of Fabriano - UNESCO Creative City,
is served by 14 members in addition to the Chairman Angus McEwan.
It represents an outstanding crew with some of the best watercolour Artists worldwide.
​Each of them will pick carefully four Artists to invite as participants (in total 56) at the Biennial International Contest "Fabriano Watercolour 2022".
Chairman of the Jury

Angus McEwan was born in Dundee, Scotland, and studied at Duncan of Jordanstone College Art, graduating in Fine Art and printmaking with a Post Graduate Diploma in the same discipline.Angus was elected to the Royal Scottish Society of Painters in Watercolours, (RSW) in 1995 and in 2012 a full member of the Royal Watercolour Society, (RWS). He is also an associate member of the AWS and NWS in the USA. In 2016 he was elected member of the Royal Glasgow Institute (RGI) and in 2018 Angus was elected a signatory member of the Australian Watercolour Institute (AWI).He has also held watercolour workshops and demonstrations in Scotland, Germany, Italy (Fabriano, Vicenza, Bologna), Moscow, Guangzhou, Seattle, San Diego, Bulgaria, Germany, France And Portugal in the past two years. Angus Has also been a judge for many competitions including, the Marche d’Acqua in Fabriano, John Constable Prize in Lima, Peru and more recently the Abu Rawash Prize, as well as numerous International Watercolour Society Exhibition

She studied Flemish and Dutch Art History studies and graduated Doctor in Literature at Padua University.
She’s been painting watercolour since 1987 and is an elected board member of Venetian Watercolor Association

Born in Poland, he studied at Kraków Academy of Fine Arts. Making his artworks, it seems that he has captured the way light is reflected on and through water in the difficult medium of watercolor.
