The most recurring motifs of my painting are trees and clouds, which I have loved since early childhood. I always look at nature and light through the eyes of a child - absorbing fleeting colors, details, and subtle shifts of atmosphere with a sense of wonder.

This painting was inspired by the memory of standing in a forest as light breaks through darkness. The trees rise in quiet stillness, yet everything feels in motion - color, air, breath.
Watercolor allows me to work with transparency and surrender. I build depth through layered washes, while the movement of water carries the light. The contrast between shadowed trunks and luminous color is intentional - a meeting point between grounding and transcendence.
