As an artist deeply rooted in the vibrant landscapes and everyday nuances of life, my work seeks to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary. Based in a small town in Poland, I am Natasha Trompiz, a painter dedicated to capturing the beauty of nature. I am currently studying at an art high school in Warsaw, and I aspire to become a full-time artist someday.
My creative process usually starts in my sketchbook. I carry it around with me everywhere and make quick sketches from life along the way. It is my visual diary where all my ideas are born. Later, when I’m at home, I transfer the sketch onto a bigger format, and that’s how most of my paintings are brought to life. I work in different mediums but watercolour is my favourite one.
