I don't attempt to depict objects, scenes, or places. Your cell phone can easily do that, so it is not that interesting. I capture elusive moments, almost fleeting emotions, by filtering them through the prism of my perception. So, each painting is, first and foremost, a part of me and my world. After all, the subject itself isn't as important as our impressions of it. Sometimes even the most banal or boring thing can be beautiful if you can truly see it. Now, you can see it through my eyes.
